doing the right thing

unethical is doing things you're not supposed to. when you are doing things that you're not supposed to like going against policies 0r doing things at work for personal issues is being unethical. ethical is when you're doing your job and stay focused on it. when you're being ethical you usually have nothing to hide and you're always trusted. you should always be ethical because if you're not and something happens the blame might go to you.
